The Latino Commission (TLC) has worked within the Latino community providing culturally rooted healing interventions for individuals and families. We are a recovery community organization (RCO), an independent, non-profit organization led and governed by people of local communities of recovery. We operate Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) certified California state-licensed adult recovery facilities in San Mateo, San Francisco, and Tulare Counties providing residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment for men, women, and young women with child, transitional sober living environment for both men and women, health education, teen pregnancy prevention programs, case management; safety-net services, and public awareness.
