Montefiore Nyack Hospital is a 375-bed community acute care medical and surgical detox, which was established in 1895 and is placed in Rockland County, NY and is affiliated with Montefiore Health System. Their mission is to provide competent, innovative and convenient emergency and acute care services to the residents of Rockland County and surrounding areas. A partner with Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, it gives clinical circles to third-year medical students. Every employee at Montefiore Nyack Hospital is here to a strict code of conduct, known as they care Standards. Every employee has received extensive training on these standards, and new employee orientation offers an overview of what is expected from each and every employee.

The Recovery Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital offers help and hope to those struggling with addiction. We provide a full range of treatment options in a culturally sensitive and judgment-free environment to assist individuals on their road to recovery. Our staff includes Addiction Counselors, Licensed Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors, Medical and Psychiatric personnel that are sensitive to the needs of the patients.

Since 1979, Montefiore Nyack Hospital Home Care has been providing a variety of services for adults and children who have illnesses or disabilities and require extended health care. The Home Care team helps patients return to optimal health and independence in the comfort of their homes. Montefiore Nyack Hospital Home Care is proud to be a New York State Medicare Certified Home Health Agency and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations. Montefiore Nyack Hospital Home Care is reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurers.
