At ViewPoint Center, they combine all aspects of a child’s life – socializing, academics, and a home-like environment – to develop extensive insights into a child’s diagnosis. This whole picture enables us to form a strong long-term treatment plan. Their short-term residential program, placed just outside Salt Lake City, uses a range of assessment programming to build a complete, personalized plan for further treatment and continued success. Whether your child is coming from a long-term healing program, coming from the home, or recovering from a crisis situation, their assessment programming identifies specific issues and formulates a new treatment plan. They can provide the immediate care your child needs to begin their path towards healing.
After my thirty days, I made the choice to move into the ViewPoint Sober House and continue with I.O.P. The life and trust I am finding are truly beyond anything I could have imagined! Show Less

Wow! What a great place! From the moment I set foot at Viewpoint, I was introduced to Melonie the program director and this is when I knew I found a great place. From the facility to the staff to just overall care in general, I would highly reccomend viewpoint rehabilitation to anyone looking to better themselves or even as a place of employment. I felt good vibes from the moment I set foot at their location and now years later, I still feel the same way. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!Show Less

Yes, in specific situations. Typically, these situations are limited to when a child is currently in a therapeutic program. In this case, the goal is to stabilize and continue treatment in the referring residential and outdoor wilderness program. A traditional mental hospital for teens often lacks the ability to interface with national professional referral sources.
It’s so easy to lose hope. To not want to give another chance. ViewPoint changed all that for my family. We didn’t get a happy ending. But after all the tools, counseling and support my son absorbed at ViewPoint, he maintained sobriety longer than he ever has as an adult. Ever. Thank you. For supporting our family in this harrowing addiction that swallows families whole. Thank you for making us feel we weren’t alone. And mostly, thank you for giving my son a chance to live.
