Lots of people do not need residential treatment but could still benefit from more intensive treatment than weekly therapy sessions or group support meetings such as Alcoholics Anonymous. This is the place where an intensive outpatient program works perfectly. Our patients find our outpatient program beneficial as a step-down treatment program after they have completed our residential program. They continue to receive the support and education they need to succeed but can live at home or in one of our sober living facilities.

FAQ
Art therapy is a method that uses creative and visual arts for facilitating the expression of feelings and emotions. A client does not have to be an artist or have any artistic talent in order to benefit from art therapy. It is about the journey, not the final product. Art therapy can involve any medium of art, including oil painting, watercolors, clay, woodwork, painting prefabricated items, collages, drawing, etc.
Music Therapy is a clinical and evidence-based method facilitated by a licensed music therapist that uses music to help individuals connect with their inner thoughts and feelings in order to accomplish various goals in their therapeutic process. Music is used as a tool to help clients learn to manage emotional, psychological, cognitive, and/or physical problems.
