Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Service animals or certified therapy animals must have supportive documentation.
We take some HMO or EPO policies with only in-network benefits (HealthNet, MHN, Multiplan, First Health, HMC Healthworks), and we accept most PPO policies with out of network benefits. Note that some EPOs, such as Anthem, have out of network benefits for Mental Health or Substance Abuse, so if you aren’t sure, you should contact our admissions specialists to find out what is covered.
