South Georgia House of Hope is a wonderfully renovated farmhouse filled with the love and presence of God. A place where ladies can let go of their fears and learn to trust again. Their number one priority is helping women build an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
Their Family Recovery Program is designed to assist and support family members in the recovery process. It has been shown that alcoholism affects a minimum of ten people in the addict’s inner circle. In this class, they will learn about chemical dependency, what it does to the individual caught in its web, and the destructive effects addiction has upon the family. They will also learn about co-dependency, which has been called the “mother of all addictions”. This atmosphere provides a safe place for both the addict and family members to share their struggles, hurts, and fights. There is hope as they learn to forgive, trust again, and build good relationships

Caring staffs and hardworking. My experience overall is very positive.
I like their policies: No weapons of any kind, No Alcohol or Narcotics, Visitation allowed only with clinical consent.
This is not a detox facility, but a long-term residential home for women overcoming addiction and abuse, ladies need to have completed detox before admission.
