Stonington Institute started serving people who suffer from alcoholism and addictions in 1957 as Starlight Farms. The main campus in North Stonington, Connecticut. Stonington Institute’s therapy program draws from therapeutic, emotional and traditional self-help approaches in alcoholism treatment. The Institute also identifies the strong importance of the client’s motive to achieve and maintain sobriety. Through education, expert intervention and powerful social rehabilitation, it is our belief that everyone can succeed in recovery.
Policies and treatment programs are expanded to serve the requirements of the patient and to support the professional team in fulfilling their responsibility toward the provision of client care in the most responsible and effective manner.
