Mountainside is a nationally acclaimed behavioral health network offering individualized alcohol and opiate addiction therapy. In 1998, a short group of like-minded friends joined together to build Mountainside, a new type of alcohol and drug recovery program centered on the individual rather than a pre-determined therapy methodology. They assumed that supplementing traditional treatments with alternative practices could hugely improve the efficiency of substance abuse treatment and better provide people with the tools they require to maintain long-term sobriety.
Their originators’ belief is now conventional wisdom. But, we do not measure our success by the industry we changed; they measure it by the lives we have developed. Their high success rate is both our proof and our pride. They respect each client’s recovery journey and have proudly served thousands of people in need during the last 20 years. By joining innovative clinical and holistic therapies with a data-driven approach, they empower our clients to completely transform their lives and achieve long-term recovery.

Just got out of a life-changing detox/residential stay. 5/5 on all accounts – clientele, staff, food, luxury, cleanliness, activities, and activities offered. You haven’t lived until you’ve gone to a yoga class, meditation class, done a high ropes course and a hike, and finished an activity and a group before lunch.
Mountainside Treatment Center is a premier addiction treatment facility. I experienced a very dedicated team, on all levels, devoted to meeting individual client needs. The responsiveness of staff eased the extremely stressful process of having a loved one enter and go through the treatment process. Taking part in the family program allowed me to observe first-hand the level of dedication and compassion provided to clients and their supporting family members. I am beyond grateful for all that Mountainside did to provide my loved ones and me with the knowledge and courage to go forward with renewed strength and hope
