Hello, we are in-network with United Healthcare, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Humana and Rocky Mountain Health Plans. Many smaller insurance plans are part of these networks. For all other insurance companies, we accept insurance on an out of network basis meaning we can only work with the insurance company if there are out of network benefits (typically PPO policies). Hope this is helpful.
Hello, we do on an out of network basis. If you have a PPO policy or an open access plan we should be able to accept it! You can submit your insurance info online and we will confirm coverage.
