The Excel Center of Arlington was established in 2001 as a specialized treatment center for adults 18 and older, who have emotional, behavioral, and/or substance abuse concerns. An affiliate of Millwood Hospital, The Excel Center of Arlington is a short-term, outpatient treatment alternative in a less restrictive environment. We offer partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), Monday through Friday, in our freestanding outpatient facility.
