Self-Recovery LLC was started in September of 2005 by Tommy Moore, NCAC I, C.E.O., to develop the need for substance abuse detoxification.
In August 2016 they started the 3rd unit in Alabama, Self-Recovery now has 3 places including Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital in Demopolis, Regional Medical Center in Jacksonville and Cherokee Medical Center in Centre.
Self-Recovery was initiated because they know the struggle of addiction and the addict who still experiences. The team at Self-Recovery considers that with proper therapy the disease of addiction can be placed in relief, allowing the individual to recover their self-respect, honor, and authority of their life.
Flexible Detox & Treatment Programs
Yes! We feel that it is important to keep our patients as calm as possible during their detox period. We have a designated area where clients are allowed to smoke throughout the day. Clients will be supervised while on smoke breaks. Cigarettes and cigarette lighters will be taken upon arrival and kept in the technician’s office.
Self-Recovery offers a variety of private and semi-private rooms. All of our rooms have a private bathroom for the patient’s utmost convenience and privacy.
