Bradford Health Services has been handling alcoholism and medication addiction in teens, young grown-ups, and adults since 1977.
In caring for our victims, we’ve never held a fixed mindset about therapy. Since we started our openings 40 years ago, we’ve been innovating and achieving a personalized suggestion to each person in our care. And we continue to innovate, develop, change… to give every victim the most tailored, most powerful therapy possible.
In addition to drawing from best-in-class medical and clinical investigation, we incorporate established 12-Step principles. We take a team program to treat patients and their relatives. We highlight the value of maintaining care. We treat the whole person.

Detoxification or “detox” is an important part of the recovery process because it removes toxins from the body caused by chemical dependency. Our safe, medically-supervised detox allows you or your loved one to go through the detox process in a safe, medically-monitored setting. This process typically lasts between 5-7 days and may be unpleasant at times. However, clients can expect our staff will make detox as manageable as possible, with features including:
- 24/7 medical care and supervision
- Individualized detox/tapering plans
- Medication administered and supervised by licensed medical staff
No. Detox is not a stand-alone treatment option. Research shows the longer the time between detox and residential treatment, the greater the risk of relapse. This is why clients immediately transition from the detox program to one of our treatment programs.
You can leave the rehab any time, no one will compel you to stay at the rehab. However, dedication and continued treatment are required to fight addiction and achieve a sober life.
